Descripción

• The silencer X-PLORER II is the answer of SC-Project R&D department for people who wants elegance and refinement even for a maxi-enduro bike like KTM 890 Adventure. Available in titanium or carbon fibre option, SC-Project developed this streamlined exhaust in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations. The carbon fibre end cap is perfectly in armony with the shape of the muffler body.
• The X-PLORER II muffler is manufactured with high quality titanium and using all technical solutions tested all over the world during very long distance travels in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components in titanium and Aisi304 stainless steel are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
• For the KTM 890 Adventure, the X-PLORER II muffler allows to save weight (-0,8 Kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of + 1,5 hp and +1,5 Nm of torque @ 6500 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with Euro-5 regulations.
• The X-PLORER II silencer can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing decat, provided as additional option. This racing pipe link allows to remove the original catalyst installed: in this case we suggest ECU remapping to get the maximum performance and to optimize the engine delivery. The installation of the racing pipe link, does not meet the Euro-5 homologation regulations.
