• Born on the proving ground of the most extreme competitions, the Rally Raid muffler has been designed and developed to convey SC-Project racing experience into an Euro 5 approved slip-on for the KTM 890 SMT.
• The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for multi-purpose bikes like KTM 890 SMT, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
• The Rally Raid silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap. All the technical solutions applied on this product have been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most several conditions. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
• For the KTM 890 SMT, the Rally Raid muffler allows a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superb sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.
• The kit includes a high quality carbon fibre heat shield and the silencer is equipped with an exclusive aluminium plate with the SC-Project’s logo, exactly as the exhaust systems of SC-Project’s Reparto Corse.
• The installation of the Rally Raid is 100% plug and play and ECU remapping is not necessary.
