• Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the RALLY RAID muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions.
• The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the MULTI-PURPOSE bikes like KTM 890 Adventure R, in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulations.
• The RALLY RAID silencer is totally manufactured with high quality titanium with a very typical and aggressive end cap which recalls the intense off-road use. All the technical solutions applied on this product has been tested all over the world during very long distance trips in the most several conditions, both on road and especially off road use. All the components are welded with TIG technology (in protected environment) and the internal bushings are CNC machined from solid block: excellent couplings, top quality materials and high technology production processes are necessary to offer the best durability, quality and performance.
• For the KTM 890 Adventure R, the RALLY RAID muffler allows to save weight (-0,9 Kg if compared to the OEM exhaust) and to get a maximum gain of +1,5 hp and +1,6 Nm of torque @ 6700 rpm, together with a stable improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range. Everything has been developed to offer a superbe sound experience, in full compliance with Euro 5+ regulations.
• The RALLY RAID silencer can be installed in combination with SC-Project racing decat, provided as additional option. This racing pipe link allows to remove the original catalyst installed: in this case we suggest ECU remapping to get the maximum performance and to optimize the engine delivery. The installation of the racing pipe link, does not meet the Euro 5+ homologation regulations.
